The M7 Water Temperature Kit for all Generation 1 & 2 MINIs is a small addition that easily helps answer the question no one else can;
“What is my water temperature?” Install the supplied billet aluminum coupler in the upper radiator hose replacing the factory plastic unit, install the water temperature
gauge sensor into the coupler, install the gauge on your dash, run the cable and you have solved one of the world’s great

The coupler is CNC-machined from aluminum, polished and clear anodized to prevent corrosion to give it a sleek look.
It installs easily in the upper radiator hose of most MINIs® without cutting the hose. The kit includes everything you need. The
hose coupler, 2 new hose clamps, a high quality 2 1/16” Autometer® mechanical gauge and a very cool mounting cup. Options
include a metric gauge readout and a carbon fiber gauge pod in place of the standard ABS Pod.
Installation takes only a few hours and can be accomplished by almost anyone in a driveway or home garage.
