HIGH FLOW CATALYTIC CONVERTER DOWNPIPE
Milltek systems are increased in bore to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid range torque. This is a custom manufactured performance downpipe WITH a high flow 200 cell high flow catalytic converter from MILLTEK. Large Bore Downpipe with 2.75 inch pipe diameter is produced with high quality 304 aircraft grade stainless steel. 300 series stainless steel material is anti-magnetic and is less susceptible to discoloration and cracking. Mandrel bending ensures full flow bends for better gas flow increased turbo response. Includes a 200 cell high fow catalytic converter and bungs for the factory O2 sensors. This downpipe is designed to be used with OEM cat-back exhausts, but may also work with other aftermarket exhaust systems but may require some minor fabrication.

Large bore Downpipe with 2.75" aircraft grade stainless steel tubing that connects directly to the stock turbocharger. This material is anti-magnetic (other manufacturers stainless steel may not be) and is less susceptible to discoloration. This quality of stainless steel is used on all pipework and the total construction of the silencer.
Mandrel bending ensures full flow bends for better gas flow and Milltek systems are increased in bore to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid range torque. Includes bungs for the O2 sensors.
Requires a Stage 2 ECU remap to recalibrate the CEL for non-stack catalytic converter. Direct fitment to the OE Exhaust System.
Fits manual and auto models US Gen 3 MINIs only with non-Milltek exhaust.
Expect a check engine light (CEL) when using this product. With MAXXBoost Stage 1 or Stage 2 tuning this is corrected.
This product is NOT street legal and can only be used for OFF-ROAD or TRACK applications in California and other CARB complaint states.
